In what term should one contact the company in case of refusal of proper quality Goods?

The Consumer has the right to refuse the proper quality Goods purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the Goods.

Attention!

The Consumer cannot exercise the right to refuse proper quality Goods under distance contract rules, if:

  • A product has individually defined properties if the specified product can be used only by the consumer purchasing it
  • The Goods are damaged due to the Consumer’s fault
Where to apply if proper quality Goods are refused?

The application for refusal of proper quality Goods shall be sent to the Seller’s postal or e-mail address with the documents confirming the purchase of the Goods attached.

Attention!

If you send the Goods to the Seller’s office by mail or with a courier, you agree with the prepared Goods acceptance certificate, as well as the visual condition and configuration recorded by the Seller.

Refund to the Consumer in case of refusal of the proper quality Goods:

If the Seller is satisfied with the quality of the Goods that the Consumer refuses

  • The Seller shall return the money spent on the Goods within 14 days from the receipt of the Application for refusal and the Goods
  • The Seller shall not reimburse the Consumer’s transport costs for the delivery of the Goods

Poor quality goods return

In what case is it considered that the Goods are of poor quality?

The Goods are considered to be of poor quality in case of the following violations (damages):

  • non-compliance with quality: unpleasant smell (not typical to the goods), uneven color, dry/non-uniform consistency, foreign impurities
  • non-compliance with quantity: the mass of the goods does not correspond to the mass on the package (the quantity is less than the standard package filling)
  • non-compliance with the package: non-conformity of the package to the contents; mechanical damage to the package (cracks, chips, etc. defects) resulting from production or transportation
  • non-compliance with information support: The Goods cannot be used for the intended purposes, since the information about the Goods was not given in full or not
In what term should one contact the company if Goods of poor quality are found?
  • If Goods of poor quality with a manufacturing defect are found, one can contact the company during the entire shelf life of the Goods
  • If Goods of poor quality with non-production defects (non-conformity of the internal quantity, external damage to the packaging and presentation, etc.) are found – within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Goods
Where to apply if Goods of poor quality are found?

Application for replacement (return) of the Goods of poor quality shall be sent to the Seller’s postal address or to the e-mail address with documents confirming the purchase of the Goods attached.

If the Seller confirms the fact of the Goods of poor quality, the Consumer has the right to:

  • receive similar Goods in return
  • receive other Goods for a similar amount
  • receive cash (including transportation costs)

The term of satisfaction of the Consumer’s requirements is established by the current legislation.

If the Seller does not confirm the fact of the Goods of poor quality, the Sells shall return the Goods to the Consumer with the reason for non-acceptance of the Goods.
